Groups - Updated Draft Crosswalk (CAP-IPAWS_Profile_Constraints_draft_12-22-08.xls) uploaded

Thanks to everyone who reviewed last week's draft.  We may do an
element-by-element walkthrough of this on an upcoming subcommittee call and
see if we can't consolidate all of these into a single "recommendations"
column.
