Groups - Draft Meeting Notes 2-26-09.doc uploaded

These meeting notes are from the 2/26/09 meeting where we approved the
meeting notes from 2/24/09 (when the WD-05 was advanced to CD01).  Also
during the 2/26 meeting we voted to advance the CD01 to a 60-day public
comment review.  These notes do not have to be approved prior to submission
to OASIS but they do need to be submitted as draft.  Please post to the
list any corrections you have to these meeting notes as soon as possible. 
The request to OASIS to submit our work for public comment will include
these notes and be submitted at close of business today.
