Although I believe, particularly since the vote was only 3-2 because so many folks had left the call by that time, the Chair might have the discretion to entertain another motion from another member that might bear on that.
As I understand it, when the previous meeting was ended due to the absence of a quorum, the motion to adopt the working draft was still under discussion.
