Groups - EDXL-SitRep submission review (2 sessions) modified

Folks, I know it's tough on Carl and Rex but it looks like this time frame
is best for now - modified to end in time for the IF-subcommittee.
I sent out the word version of the document to allow notes etc.  Did that
make it over the internet?
