Session one conducted April 28 reviewed the EDXL-SitRep submission through "Information Requirements" section, #30.  We'll pick up there, go as far as we can into the draft logical message models and data dictionary,and schedule the next session.  From there we will agree to an ongoing Messaging and Notifications session schedule.
