This will be a special meeting of the EM-TC to approve the meeting notes from the 8/18/09 meeting and to vote on the IPAWS CAP Profile as discussed in our 8/18/09 meeting.

2. Review meeting notes from 8/18/09
3. Votes for CAP 1.2 IPAWS Profile
a) Vote to approve the new version as Committee Draft
b) Agree that the changes are not substantive
c) Make a motion to submit the spec to the TC Admin for a Committee Specification ballot.
