EDXL-HAVE and EDXL-RM

Dear Mary,

The EM-TC has made several corrections to the EDXL-HAVE and EDXL-RM 
through the OASIS Errata process.

A set of corrections have been approved as a Committee Draft and a 
full majority vote occurred agreeing that the changes do not 
constitute substantive changes.  The TC also agreed to submit this CD 
to a 15-day Public Review.  The meeting notes to that effect can be
