I have attached:
cap-v1.2-ipaws-profile-cd03-rb-MarkedChanges.doc,
cap-v1.2-ipaws-profile-cd03-rb.doc,
cap-v1.2-ipaws-profile-cd03-rb.pdf,and
cap-v1.2-ipaws-profile-cd03.xsd

It will be necessary to remove my initials from the .doc and .pdf files. 
I do this and then usually do a save-as with final release filename to 
retain the next-to-last file so that if anything (like power outages or 
surges) goes south I have a file I can use.

I included the cap-v1.2-ipaws-profile-cd03-rb-MarkedChanges.doc file for 
reference because, as Mary noted the pr02-Rev01-MarkedChanges.doc did 
not include those four last changes from Patrick that I did during the 
TC Meeting, and I think it is a good idea to have a Marked Changes 
version that is complete.

Mary, I studied the http://docs.oasis-open.org/emergency/cap/ 
directories structure and I think I captured the correct current pattern 
for the Cover Page but I know you'll check it. Having gone to the effort 
to understand it, I went ahead and did the pdf file as well. If the doc 
file passes muster, you can just rename it or dump it if any cleanup is 
needed on the .doc file and you need to create a correct pdf from the 
cleaned up .doc file. It didn't make sense to try to save you time on 
the html, but I did want to save you any time I could.
