HAVE updates

All,

We have learned a lot through the experience of supporting a
real-life disaster in Haiti and extending the HAVE standard with an “unofficial”
profile.  I would like to bring this information into a discussion about a
potential next release of HAVE.

Any thoughts or objections are welcome.

Thanks,

Lee

The aim of
education should be to teach us rather how to think, than what to think -
rather to improve our minds, so as to enable us to think for ourselves, than to
load the memory with thoughts of other men.  ~Bill Beattie
