Sorry I missed this call. Had an OGC staff call . . .

Update on GML Where - Am working with 3 (maybe now 4) OGC GML gurus to get 
the GML OASIS Where schema done ASAP.

There have been a few questions regarding the use of elevation and whether 
coverages (gridded data) are required. Also questions related to expression 
of accuracy and uncertainty. We have worked through these.
