The EIC will have their monthly meeting this Wed 2-4EDT.  There will be a
one hour webinar "Emergency Response:  A coordinated Approach"  by Richard
Muth, Executive Director, Maryland EMA and Ed Smith, Director, Disaster
Response Division, FEMA Region III being presented by Government Executive
Magazine.  This attachment provides the details for dialing into the
webinar which will take place during the first hour of the EIC meeting.

Discussion will follow using the dial in details provided on the full March
agenda which will be uploaded next.  That attachment will also contain the
directions to the physical meeting place if you are in the DC area.
