TC Agenda Request - CAP Survey

At the October 6th meeting of the CAP SC, the following CAP survey was approved for public release.

The CAP SC is requesting that the following agenda item be added to the next TC meeting.

- That the TC approve the CAP survey for public release and ask TC members to then distribute the survey accordingly.

For those members not familiar with the survey, its intended to solicit some feedback on specific CAP issues the SC is currently working through.
