The HAVE Subcommittee has voted the working draft 03 out of the SC 8/21.  The EMTC now needs to review the document and vote on accepting it as a Committee Specification Draft (CSD) and for the recommended 30 day Public Review Draft (PRD). Please review this draft as soon as possible.  In order to bring this PRD to the HL7 working group 9/11, we need to get the vote accomplished quickly.
We will have a special meeting of the EMTC for this purpose at 10EDT on Monday 8/28.  After successful vote, we will ask TC admin to begin the PR process.  This will be a short meeting for taking these two votes then approving the notes from the meeting.
