        Friends,

We held the special meeting of the EMTC 8/28 to consider the working draft 03 for HAVE 2.0 as approved from the HAVE SC.  These meeting notes were drafted, distributed, amended and approved.  They include an EMTC vote for the WD03 as CSD and for a 30-day PRD.

Many thanks to the HAVE SC and all that have done work to advance this specification in preparation for the HL7 meeting next month.
