As we agreed at the meeting this week, all comments are to be
entered by today.
It's now at the close of business on the East Coast; if you are
entering further comments today, please reply to the list ASAP to
let the TC know.
This is so the team putting the next working draft together has time
to complete the significant work to incorporate the changes as
agreed and to process all the input from the committee.
