A ballot to approve EMIX Overview Version 1.0 with Non-Material Changes made since its last public review is opening

OASIS Members,
The Energy Market Information Exchange (eMIX)

TC members [1] have requested a Special Majority Vote to approve EMIX Overview Version 1.0 as a Committee Note.
A change has been made to this Committee Note Draft since its last public review. The change is:
"Include the OASIS Standards reference section from  http://docs.oasis-open.org/emix/emix-oasis/v1.0/cn01/emix-oasis-v1.0-cn01.html#_Toc328652988  section 1.1.1, excluding reference SOA-RM."  The TC judges this change to be Non-Material in accordance with the definition in the OASIS TC Process [2]. The TC requested this ballot in accordance with the procedure for approving a Committee Specification or Note [3].
The ballot opens 30 November 2012 and closes 07 December 2012. It can be inspected at  https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=2326
Any Eligible Person concerned that the changes are Material is asked to bring their concern to OASIS TC Administration at  so that the appropriate actions can be taken.
