Who is participating in NAESB PAP3,9 process?

Greetings all,

 

I’m trying to figure out who is or plans to be engaged
in the PAP3 (price) and PAP9 (DR/DER) efforts within NAESB. Who was on the call
yesterday? I’m not sure if NAESB minutes are posted with attendees, but
there is no roll call, and I think unless you sign up there will be no record
of your attendance.
