OpenADR meeting tommorrow

All,

I started modifying Bill's spreadsheet to highlight the items we talked about on Wednesday and when I looked at the second TAB I noticed that Bill had already done this exercise and identified precisely the same services I was going to highlight.  Therefore we can use Bill's spreadsheet as is for our discussion tomorrow.
