Specific steps, issues, and dependencies for starting Public Review 2:

(1) Complete base document (stability, address issues including DLC, SEP/BAC/Lon/ISA support, DR, DER)
(2) Complete addressing UCAIug and IRC requirements/coverage lists
(3) Complete addressing comments
(4) Examples, examples, examples (base, profiles, use cases)
(5) Conformance (base document and included profiles)
(6) Complete review of profiles (OpenADR, Market Interaction, Price Distribution)
(7) Complete schemas and WSDL
(8) DER integration (use EMIX Resources, Assets, EPRI DER work, relationship between curtailment and supply)
(9) Document issues that remain
