EI services have been reviewed for the appropriate message exchange pattern (MEP).  Sequence diagrams have been created in Enterprise Architect (available at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/energyinterop/download.php/41870/Ei-sequence-diagrams-export.xml) which reflects this review.

Adding these sequence diagrams to the specification will add some clarity to the expected interaction between actors.
