Description
Payload diagrams (jpg) for wd28+. These are input guiding schema evolution  for payloads.xsd.

 Service payloads for:
 * EiEvent
 * EiQuote
 * EiRegisterParty
 * EiStatus and Market Context
 * EiTender
 * EiTransaction

 These address issues in Jira (most now resolved) and overarching issues  including consistent EiResponseType handling and ID/artifact choices.
