Updated PR03 tasks spreadsheet after October 5 meeting of the Technical Committee.

 Tasks have been updated in the tab D13.

 D2 is the first spreadsheet, annotated with current status, so you can see the schedule and importance levels of each task.

 We're doing fine, but need to keep focused.
