This document is offered as an editorial revision to Section 3.1 of EI  WD31.  Section 3.1 introduces Transactive Energy Interactions.

 The revision adopts the terminology of EMIX where the Side of a Party in a  Tender or Transaction is either Buy or Sell. The Side of the CounterParty  is the opposite Side.

 Previously, EI WD31 used terminology where a Party took on the Role of  Buyer or Seller which can be confusing.  Now Side of a Transaction replaces  Role of a Party in a Transaction.
