To limit confusion - on wd34

Toby's email on November 5 at 3:04pm EDT had an attachment called
energyinterop-overview-changes-wip6.pdf.
As he said in a subsequent email, ignore that email. If you
look in it, you'd see a mis-dated (October 28)

PDF claiming
incorrectly to be wd34. It's not. It's missing sections and later
work.
So if you have something you THINK is Energy Interoperation Working
Draft 34 but the date on the title page and page footers is October
28, go get the real one...Which is being uploaded today. AND delete
the incorrect copy so you won't be confused again :-)
The published wd34 touches all actionable items raised by the TC
through yesterday.
