Issues worth Talking about (Possible Agenda)
Most of the remaining issues are at some level mechanical, or a easily actionable. I recommend that people look at the open issues and comment if they dislike the proposed resolution. There are a few that still pose either some Architectural or Consensus issues. Your list may be different, but as an editor seeking guidance, I would like to come to consensus on the issues below.
