The ballot to approve Energy Interoperation Version 1.0 as a Committee
Specification has passed with 13 votes in favor and 1 abstention.

TC Administration will now prepare the Committee Specification,
publish it to the OASIS library and announce its approval and
publication to the TC, the OASIS membership and the public.
