Now that Energy Interoperation Version 1.0 has been voted
 Committee Specification 02 and the ebMS 3.0 AS4 specification is in public review,  I updated the working draft of the draft Transport Protocol Bindings for OASIS Energy Interoperation 1.0 Version 1.0.  The changes are minor and to some extent a simplification.

 Would it be possible to add discussion of this document to the agenda for an upcoming TC meeting?
