Members of the Energy Interoperation TC, 

A Special Majority ballot to approve Transport Protocol Bindings for OASIS Energy Interoperation 1.0 Version 1.0 as a Committee Specification has opened. The ballot will remain open through 01 October 2012. You can access the ballot at https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/energyinterop/ballot.php?id=2289 (publicly visible URL: https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=2289).
