The information for publishing EI V1.0 Candidate OASIS Standard has been received

Members of the Energy Interoperation TC, 

The info needed to proceed with publishing EI V1.0 COS has been received. You can review the TC Admin JIRA ticket at https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/TCADMIN-1584 

We will prep the COS and release it for the required 60 day public review prior to the membership vote. We'll let you know when we start work on the ticket.
