We discovered some confusing text in WD10 which we had approved
        as CSD and Public review at our October 14 meeting.

      
The Chairs and Editor decided it was better to fix the
        non-substantive issues (things as simple as outdated figure not
        matching the text, incoherent sentences, inadvertent duplication
        of text, old and new conformance statements together. WD10 has
        not been submitted to OASIS for public review or as a Committee
        Specification Draft.
