Description
Slightly different approach here so we can clear the bulk of the comments  out of the way quickly. WD12 has edits deemed to be simpler editorial  requests for clarity or consistency or grammar and spelling. Each change is  tagged with a  comment  indicating the issue that generated it.
 - WD12 with changes and comments (DOCX and PDF)
 - WD12 with changes accepted, but still tagged with comments (DOCX and  PDF)
 - WD12 clean for future work
 Ideally, these can all be approved and we can close the issues quickly,  moving on to more substantial work
