Canceling February 9 and resscheduling future meetings - ADVICE REQUESTED

To the EITC -
We have a hard conflict with a member of the FIX Trading side of
the OASIS Common Transactive Services-FIX Trading (standards for
global financial markets) that will need us to shift the EITC
Meetings on second and fourth Thursdays to a later or earlier
time.
The coordination meeting timing means we should move the EITC
meeting to EITHER
Start at 1215pm US Eastern (75 minutes later) - perhaps 1pm US
Eastern to avoid upcoming Daylight Savings/Summer Time date
conflicts
End by 11am US Eastern (start perhaps at 10am US Eastern).
Preferences? Please share with the list.
I'm canceling the Feburary 9 EITC meeting due to the conflict.
