Well, in fact we're doing this in XML, so it'll probably be something
like
<uri type="namespace" uri="xxx" soi="yyy"/>
I'm just using 9401 ASCII syntax in mail because it's more terse
(terser?). And no, I'm not seriously proposing those attribute names :-)
