FYI, the TC would benefit from a 5 min overview of how to use Jira.  I'm going to run through a quick on-screen jira overview demo at our 3/17 meeting.

For each of you, the login name and pw are the same as your OASIS login name **except** that the letters are all in lower case. 

If you have difficulty gaining access to JIRA let me know. And if you are a member of the TC and you do not have JIRA access, also please let me know so that I can get you set up and loaded.
