Regarding Specification:Framework for Web Services Implementation (FWSI)
A specification that is formally presented for review by OASIS members must the stable and frozen. However, this specification states (line 39 of the PDF version): "This document is updated periodically on no particular schedule." Thus, this specification should be withdrawn from formal review until it becomes stable.
