The FWSI Functional Elements (FE) Specification Working Draft revision 3.0 was unanimous accepted by the eligible voting members of the FWSI TC when balloting closed today (10 Dec 2004) at 0100HRS GMT.

93% (13 out of the 14) of the eligible members casted their votes. 100% of the voting members approved the adoption of FWSI FE Specification Working Draft Rel 3.0 as the committee draft. There was no negative vote registered.
