Successful IPR Transition for Framework for Web Services Implementation (FWSI) TC

To OASIS Members:
 
We are pleased to announce that the OASIS Framework for Web Services Implementation (FWSI) TC has successfully
transitioned to the current (2005) OASIS IPR Policy[1] under the rules provided by the OASIS IPR Transition Policy [2].
The ballot results are visible to OASIS members at [3]. The TC will operate under the "RF on RAND Terms" IPR mode
effective 29 April 2007.
