reminder to notify chair of intent to participate

HumanMarkup subscribers:

This is a reminder that in order to become a member of the OASIS
HumanMarkup TC at the first meeting on 17 September you must notify the
chair (Ranjeeth) of your intent to participate 15 days before that
meeting, in other words by 2 September.

PLEASE NOTE that subscribing to this email list is not the same thing as
telling the chair that you want to be a member. List subscription is not
the same thing as TC membership, and people who are OASIS members but
who are not members of the TC may subscribe.

So, if you haven't yet notified the chair of your intent to participate,
please do so right away.
