[humanmarkup] Internet Foobars

Hi Again,

Boy, when it rains it pours, eh what? My DSL is intermittent, with 
little or no service outside occasional email, AND my fiber-optic 
cable connection is just plain down. I thought having both would 
prevent this, even if there is some, itty bitty little teeny weeny 
bit of service left, but I was wrong, wrong, wrong. When murphy gets 
it in his mind to do you, you be done!
