[humanmarkup] Note about Meeting and Minutes

Hi Everyone,

This is just a quick note to let you know that we had a good monthly 
meeting today and that I will post the minutes to these lists no 
later than this weekend, and most likely before. I will do this 
before I assemble a working draft of our Requirements Document and 
post it as an official RFC for everyone to read and upon which to 
comment. I will be sending OASIS a copy to review with a couple of 
questions about using a reference to the IETF RFC 2119 for normative 
usage of the specific operational terms, MUST, MUST NOT, SHOULD, 
SHOULD NOT,  etc and whether we need to specifically reiterate some 
of OASIS' policy statements regarding open, public, non-proprietary 
standards and IPR. I will also update the website, with the working 
draft there for everyone as well.

I suspect that we will need another telecon or chat before we vote on 
a final draft. The target for wrapping this work up is still March 
31, 2002. I think we stand a good chance of meeting that target.
