[humanmarkup] ANNOUNCEMENT: HM.requirements, Next Meeting,and TC Website

Hi Everyone,

The vote was unanimous. HM.requirements is an official Working Draft, 
under the usual disclaimers that apply to documents during the 
Request For Comments period, which we have designated to last for six 
months. We can now proceed to work on the Primary Base Human Markup 
Language XML Schema.

I have updated the TC Website accordingly.

We have tentatively rescheduled our next monthly meeting to 
Wednesday, April 10, 2002 at 12:00 p.m. Noon Eastern Standard Time.

If anyone has difficulties with this date and time, please advise us 
and we will do what we can to make appropriate accommodations.
