Apology for Delayed Minutes

Hi Everyone,

I just want to apologize and let you know that I will be even later 
than usual with the mInutes from last week's meeting. I have to get 
the upcoming presentation further along, and at least make sure that 
I have most of it written and the materials accounted for in the 
process as outlined before I will feel comfortable taking time to 
catch up on the minutes.
