Revised Minutes for TC Meeting April 5, 2006

Hi Everyone,

I have added Dr. Bob Smith to the attendees. My error.

This meeting had a quorum. However, it was not formally convened 
since we decided that we needed to study the proposed revision which 
Rex posted to the document repository.

Please note that these minutes are intended to serve the purpose of 
filling in the time span otherwise left vacant due to the impending 
OASIS Symposium, which kept some of our work from having priority.

We did decide that we should add "semiotic event" as a primary level element.

Please note that this should be checked in the final version since it 
is not included in the current revision, 0.94.

As always, please send corrections, additions, notes, comments.
