Vote: Oasis IDCloud Webinar

Hi all,
   at the beginning of this week, I created a ballot for IDCloud to hold 
a webinar on Oasis behalf from an outreach/informational purposes.  Due 
to the Oasis email servers issue this week, neither the ballot email nor 
the reminder seems to have reached mail boxes.
