Template for Use Cases from Oasis

Robin,
   the TC wants to know whether there is any formal template for use 
cases as part of TC work.  There are templates available for 
specification work.

Mary had mentioned few months back that Oasis may get the template for 
use cases.

If not, we would like to use the template that we currently have.
