OASIS pmrm: Privacy Management Reference Model

Thank you for the nice plug for the PMRM and the importance of it to the
cloud. I also have advised the NIST Reference Architecture team of the
potential applicability of this document to their Next Stage definition
processes so perhaps both id-cloud and pmrm will have a nice role in the
evolving cloud standards going forward!        :)
