Use Cases Dcument Draft version "q" uploaded

TC Members,

I just checked in updated version (subversion "q") of our draft use case document was into SVN.

This is the version I plan to work from during our F2F and should include all updates received as of today 4/26 (including SAP).  If I missed any, please bring them with you and I can work in perhaps Thursday evening at the hotel (barring exhaustion).
