Use Case 10: Cloud Tenant Administration

Short description:
Feature the ability for enterprises to securely manage their use of the
cloud provider's services (whether IaaS, PaaS or SaaS), and further meet
their compliance requirements. 
Administrator users are authenticated at the appropriate assurance level
(preferably using multi-factor credentials).
