Use Case 16: Offload Identity Management to External Business Entity

Short description:
Show the need for federated identity management which enables an enterprise
to make available cloud-hosted applications to either the employees of its
customers & business partners or its own institutional consumers and avoid
directly managing  identities (accounts) for those users.
