   the Action Plan (available at the PKIA TC website) so that
   we can be confident that it represents an agreed position.]

- Further discussion of adoption challenges and strategies
   to overcome.

- Call for volunteers to start work on case studies.

- Call for interest in policy position papers under the
   four categories in the Action Plan:
     (1) regulatory issues,
     (2) legal issues,
     (3) interoperability, and
     (4) outsourcing.
